At Aptitude Outdoors, we are dedicated to telling the stories that matter in the world of conservation, wildlife, and hunting. As a professional outdoor media and documentary filmmaking company, our work centers on capturing the reality of the natural world, including its challenges, its beauty, and those people working hard to fight to protect it.
Our projects span conservation documentaries, wildlife-driven storytelling, and hunting films that emphasize ethics, education, and the long-term stewardship of wild places. Through our podcast and written features, we expand those stories even further, sharing insights from biologists, conservation leaders, hunters, guides, and everyday outdoorsmen and women who play a role in protecting North America’s wild heritage.
Every film, photograph, and piece of content we produce is rooted in a commitment to conservation. We aim to document real experiences, highlight impactful projects, and inspire others to take part in safeguarding wildlife and the landscapes we depend on.
OUR TEAM
Paul Fuzinski - Paul started Aptitude Outdoors in 2016 after Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail. He is an outdoors writer, filmmaker and wildlife photographer. He enjoys hunting, fishing and conservation storytelling. He is the founder of Aptitude Outdoors
Seth Geib - Seth is a wildlife photographer, videographer and web developer whose focus is on bringing awareness and appreciation of wildlife to the public. His focus on quality and science-based research is at the core of all the content he creates.
Chester Moore - Chester is an award winning wildlife journalist and conservationist. He is founder of Higher Calling Wildlife and hosts the Higher Calling Wildlife and Dark Outdoors Podcasts. In 2023 was named Bighorn Educator of the Year by the National Bighorn Sheep Center.
